Before returning any items call our customer service team on 01274 88 44 00 for a returns form. This must be enclosed with the goods you are returning.
- If you have received damaged or faulty goods then we will either replace them or credit the card you used to pay for the goods. We will also refund your delivery charges.
- If you have the wrong size or colour then we will send out the correct product or offer you a full refund. All goods must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Goods must be returned unused and in an ‘as new’ condition.

Country Supplies has therefore determined that a standard pricing policy for the UK, Channel Isles and Rest of world avoids additional administrative costs and, overall, results in offering all of our customers good value across our entire product range
5. No Hidden Charges
The prices displayed on the site include VAT. We do not include delivery charges within the price for individual items, as delivery fees are calculated on your order as a whole. Any delivery fees (where applicable) are added and clearly stated at the checkout.
6. No Charge before Despatch
Your credit card will not be charged until your order (or the first part of a multi-part order) is shipped, unless the item that you have requested is a special order such as a limited-edition print or a hand-made item.

We accept orders via this web site, and also by phone on 01274 88 44 00 (9.00am–5.30pm UK time, Mon–Fri).

Due to the limitations of photography and broadcasting, colours of goods you receive may differ slightly to those displayed on your monitor. Country Supplies Ltd cannot be held responsible for any variations in product specifications enforced without notice by our suppliers.
